Apple cider vinegar
Regular use of apple cider vinegar in your daily routine will restrict the growth of fungus on your scalp by maintaining the skin’s pH balance and help in shedding dead skin cells.
Avoid direct use of vinegar on the scalp; mix it with an equal amount of water to avoid skin irritation, apply it on wet hair, and then rinse it off after 15 minutes.
Neem leaves have medicinal benefits and offer several remedies to cure various physical disorders. In addition, the juice extract from crushed neem leaves should be applied to the scalp to restrict the growth of fungus and overcome dandruff.
Due to their antifungal and antibacterial properties, basil leaves are beneficial in curing dandruff, keeping your scalp healthy, and preventing hair fall.
Mix basil leaves with 2 teaspoons of amla powder and water to form a clean paste to apply on the scalp and wash it with cold or lukewarm water after 30 minutes.

Too much mental stress increases the level of sebum that produces an excess oil on the scalp, causing itching, dryness, and excessive fungal growth.
